Remnant Energy is run by Our Landmen LLC, an independent landman company. The work is ordinary landman work, pointed at bankruptcy estates: read the leases, assignments, orders and payor papers, and say plainly what they show.
Who does the work
Gerald (Jerry) Ward leads Our Landmen LLC. He scopes each trace, reads the case and the instruments, sets the grades and signs the report. Record pulls run through our own county records software; Jerry reads every document a finding rests on.
The same company delivers tract land packets at landman.services. remnant.land is the same remnant business under another name.
How we work
- One side per deal. Every scope says who we act for. We act for both sides of one asset only with written disclosure and consent from both.
- What one client sends us stays with that matter.
- We are landmen, not attorneys; we give no legal or title opinions.
