Request a trace

Tell us the case and what you need to know.

A few lines are enough to start. The case name or number helps most.

What happens next

  1. Jerry Ward reads the request and answers by email or phone, with questions if he has them.
  2. We check whether we already act for another side on the same assets. If we do, we go on only with written disclosure and consent from both sides.
  3. If a trace fits, you get a written scope: the case, which interests, which kinds, who we act for, deliverables, delivery date and fee. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
  4. We trace and deliver the report. Questions on it go to the same person.

Trustees and estates: we take requests through your counsel.

Or call (307) 263-8515, or email gerald@ourlandmen.com.

For example: what the estate still holds in one county; whether an interest in a sale motion is alive and who pays it; what is in suspense.

Keep account numbers and identity documents out of this first message. How a request is handled.
